As a mom of 2, Laura has not only taking 2 parental leaves, but has also coached many parents going through each of the phases as well. There are many challenges we face going through this phase of life and 1-1 support to tackle these challenges and prioritize best practices and organization can make the world of difference in stress levels and successful outcomes for both the leave-taker and the company and team!
Laura finds she gets the most energy from coaching sessions supporting parents as they navigate this phase, and offers both longer-term structured coaching engagements as well as “on-demand” coaching hours for those wanting to work through immediate challenges.
