Group Coaching

Are you ready to build your personal board of directors?

Why Group Coaching?

  • Curated group of advisors

The magic of group coching happens when you’re paired with peers who have mastered some skills you want to work on and are facing similar business challenges to yours coming up, resulting in a group of highly capable advisors to enable you to make more confident decisions.

  • Deep connections

As leaders, we often become the one others rely on to express and work through challenges. Through group coaching you’ll develop your own peer group who will act in the same capacity. Your group will be a place to work through your hardest challenges, get thoughtful feedback and receive support.

  • Cost-effective coaching

When working with a limited budget (or time constraints!), group coaching can be an accessible way to tap into the accountability, self reflection and development that you get from 1:1 coaching at a fraction of the price and a lower time commitment. All this while buildng a stronger support network.

FAQs

Am I a fit for Group Coaching?

Group coaching is usually most beneficial for those in leadership positions or entrepreneurs who have big dreams and goals ahead but limited budget or time to get 1:1 coaching.

Who will be in my group?

If you are independently looking for group coaching, you will go through a discovery process where we dig into the challenges you are about to face as well as your key strengths to help pair you with others who will give an optimal experience. There may be some delay in starting as the right group is curated.

Can we offer group coaching as an org?

Yes! PeopleIQ offers packages for internal group coaching, meaning individuals across your own company will be paired together. Groups will be organized and curated based on the goals and needs of the business, and are a great way to develop upcoming leaders.

How is the time commitment different from 1:1?

Groups typically meet once a month for anywhere between 1.5-3 hours depending on the size, goals and availability of the group.

How can I feel comfortable sharing challenges with people outside my org?

Group coachees are required to sign confidentiality agreements and a lot of work is done early in our time together to build an environment of trust and safety to open up. We also consider and vet any competitive concerns during curation.
