  • 3 months of weekly 1:1 coaching focused on:

    • Executing a thorough discovery process to understand the current team, history and challenges in order to best set impactful plans and goals.

    • Developing and socializing success metrics and execution goals, including identifying and executing on key quick wins by the 90-day mark.

    • Evaluating and improving team performance and engagement.

    • Identifying and building strategic relationships across the leadership team.

    • Cultural integration.

    This package includes feedback collection to help guide goal setting and a full 360 feedback collection at conclusion to help your org make a strategic decision on fit.

    *This is the purest “onboarding” package to get your Exec ramped up and identify fit. We recommend a minimum of 6 month engagement for the best and lasting results.

  • 6 months of 1:1 coaching, weekly required for first 3 months and then can assess ideal cadence when requested. Focus areas include all of the 30-60-90 package +

    • Ongoing coaching against goals.

    • Reflection, goal-setting and improvement coaching around 360 feedback results.

    *If it is determined that the hire was not a fit during the 30-60-90 period, the remainder of this package can be transferred to a new 30-60-90 for the replacement hire.

  • This is an extension of the Ramp-up package and is typically either a 12-18 month engagement or an open-ended engagement with 6 month minimum commitment.

    This package is for organizations that are facing constant change. They understand that even after a successful 3-6 month onboard, a new Executive will need to navigate unique challenges as the company dynamically evolves and that having ongoing partnership will significantly improve their staying power. This package helps your new Executive make it fully through the period where nearly half of new Executives fail. It helps them form deeper strategic relationships across the organization and integrate more completely into the culture of the company.

    *If it is determined that the hire was not a fit during this engagement, the remainder of this package can be transferred to a new package for the replacement hire.

    The first step to setting a new leader up for success is being really clear about what gap you need them to fill and ensuring you’ve got an air-tight interview process in place. With this add-on service, I’ll tap into my decade of hiring experience to help you develop the hiring profile and a structured interview plan to increase the chances that you hire the right person in the first place.

    This package includes:

    • up to 5 coaching hours with the Hiring manager to define needs, 30-60-90 success plan and identifying key stakeholders.

    • up to 5 coaching hours with other key stakeholders to gather feedback and gut check needs assumptions.

    • Draft behavioral interview plan based on assessment of needs and 30-60-90 plan.
