Studies show that new Executive hires fail anywhere between 40-50% of the time within the first 18 months. The cost of this failure doesn’t stop at recruiting fees, lost salary and direct business impacts - they can come with a huge cultural bill as well, often setting team or company goals back by months or years. What’s more, most executive hires are given a wide berth of ownership upon starting and a mis-fit can take a long time to identify. If the person hired isn’t going to hit the goals you need them to, you’ll want to move much earlier than 18 months.
Utilizing an Executive Recruiter to place your new Executive is likely to cost you, at the low end, $30k. Our Onboard packages are designed to help you protect that investment by enabling your new executive to ramp up faster, in a way that’s more aligned with your organizational values and in a way that gets you to that critical fit decision faster.

Today’s standard manager training programs leave a lot on the table for companies to pick up. While there is a wealth of great lessons being delivered, they are most often just that - classroom style lessons that don’t reliably lead to lasting organizational changes in management behaviors.
This was the challenge Laura was faced with when leading HR at a growing organization with both experienced and first-time managers to level-up. Despite bringing in really great content, manager skills remained difficult to master and didn’t turn into lasting behavior changes after just a few training sessions. Further, the lessons themselves were often lost in the noise and forgotten months later.
